| Roamin Rover Pet Care fully insured dog walking and pet sitting service covering Melrose, Malden, and Chelsea, Ma. My God...there are a lot of dog walkers and pet sitting services in Mass, and in particular the greater Boston area! For that reason, it's important to find out as much information as possible about a dog walking business and their approach before hiring them to care for your pet. My approach when working with animals is one of patience and respect. I believe each pet has their own needs, so I like to take the time to get to know your pet and learn what approach will work best for them. I have found that consistency is the most important thing when working with dogs and especially puppies. Prior to beginning daily walks with your dog I will sit down with you to find out what training techniques/ commands you are working with, so we will all be on the same page and doing the same things. I will also leave a note of daily activities and things we worked on. Lastly, I know how hard it is to turn your pet over to someone. They are an important part of your family. My promise to you is they will always be treated with love and respect when they are in my care . Thank you for the interest in Roamin Rover Pet Care and I look forward to having the opportunity to care for your pets. My profile I have always had a special affinity for animals even at a very young age, so for me the pet care and dog walking service is a natural and easy fit. That said, it's worlds away from where I started. My background is Human Services, more specifically HIV outreach and education. Yes, starting a dog walking business made a lot of people scratch their heads! Things have a way of working out. I loved HIV education and will always support the work, but for me I needed to find a way to make a living that would not leave me drained at the end of the day. Running your own business is hard work, but overall my life is much better now. I look forward to going to work everyday, and I don't know many people who can honestly say that! The dogs give so much back and I love them all more than I ever thought I could. For me the greatest satisfaction comes from knowing that you are able to go about your day knowing you pet is in good hands. It takes time to build this kind of trust, but I work hard to develop a strong working relationship with you as well and to keep the lines of communication open. Thank you for reading my profile and for considering my dog walking and pet sitting service. New Service Artsy Photo tiles!
